"Reel 'Em Inn" is the perfect beach getaway for family and friends. With two separate living areas, there is plenty of room to spread out! Play ping pong and finally beat your big brother, fish or crab off our private dock overlooking the marsh, take a dip in our private pool directly off the main living area, or just sit back and relax on one of our two outdoor living spaces. The sunset view from our house over the marsh cannot be beat. Venture up to the crow's nest for 360 degree views of the island! The beach is STEPS away with public access directly across the street, making a beach day easy for families of any age.

This home is absolutely perfect! It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for a large group. The bedrooms are arranged to provide everyone with their own sense of privacy, while the common areas are welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the short walk to the beach couldn’t be more convenient. Our favorite part was relaxing on the porches each evening, watching the sunset—it was unforgettable. You won’t regret choosing this house!

Really beautiful property. Great location- across the street from beach access and my husband and sons enjoyed fishing/crabbing off the private dock. It was very nice having the beach, but also the pool to enjoy. Great vacay property. Very open floor plan- and good living room/kitchen/dining accommodations. Overall excellent property.

Perfect Place

I'm so happy we picked this home to stay in for our family Christmas! Our three daughters have children ages 1-7, and there were plenty of beds for the kids to have their own. There were four king-sized beds and a bunk room with 3 bunks. It rained a lot while we were there, and the kids always had plenty to do. The place is divided up nicely, so everyone had a space to go to when they needed some "alone time". There were some good hours in a couple of the days so getting to the beach is quick and easy as it's a short walk across the street. There is a private boat dock if you need it, an observation deck on the roof, and garage parking for three vehicles. The owner responds quickly and is great to deal with. We enjoyed it so much we will likely book it again.

Best rental out there

House is great size. Perfect for a big group. No detail overlooked to ensure a fantastic guest experience. Best rental we've ever had -- and we've stayed in a lot. Katie was great to communicate with and provided a perfect home for our July 4th week stay. Thanks for everything.

Perfect Fripp Island House

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip down to Fripp Island! It has so much room and is in a great location on the creek, just across the street from beach access. The only “complaint” was that the listing pictures don’t do this house justice! I highly recommend this house and can’t wait to return!

Fripp Island Perfection

Stunning sunsets, marsh fishing, beach adventures, playful dolphins, friendly deer, heated spa for the cool fall evenings, beautiful home! What more could you ask for? The photos don’t do this house justice. We had three generations gather here for Thanksgiving, and had extra room to spare. The ability to enjoy the marsh in the backyard and walk across the street to the beach was so convenient. The crow’s nest was a special treat with a terrific 360 view. If you care more about wildlife, sunsets and beach exploring and less about easy access to Fripp club amenities, this is the ideal location on the quieter end of the island. The south end of Fripp at Skull Inlet is magical. The house was so wonderfully stocked. The best we’ve ever seen. More towels than you’ll ever need, a washer/dryer on each floor, blankets for lounging, TVs galore, abundant supplies and equipment in the kitchen, etc. Katie was responsive, helpful, and kind. We had a truly wonderful time.

Wonderful property...

Very new, very clean and the pvt pool? You spoiled us for future fripp island visits! Communication with Katie was excellent. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately. House was awesome, just book it, thank me later! Only complaint is the lack of multiple garbage cans and the timing of garbage pickup with check in/out. Can was overflowing with garbage upon arrival and unfortunately we had to leave it the same way upon checkout.

Lovely brand new property. Large island kitchen and dining for 10 with cozy comfortable sofa and sitting. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Cute bunk room for kids. Loved fishing from dock, swimming in pool, walking across the street to beach. Two laundry areas. Great fun vacation for all our family.

Fabulous week!

House was wonderful! Pool was 4 steps from the living room. Kitchen was much bigger than picture and fabulously furnished. We were worried that there wasn't a second refrigerator but the wine cooler for drinks worked out great! Thanks so much for sharing your beach house with us.

Everything was perfect. The pictures on Vrbo do not do it justice. The house was impeccably clean and organized. Having an industrial icemaker was awesome. I’ve never seen a house come with so many beach towels. The location is perfect. The Hopkins are so easy to work with.

Amazing Property

This house is everything you see and more! We did not wish for anything! Absolutely beautiful, well-appointed, and truly accommodates 14 (not just beds). Great location and the host was the best! Can't wait to stay here again!

The perfect house!

Wow. This property is amazing. 3 families stayed very comfortably. The bunk room accommodated the younger children, while the 3 sets of parents had their own private bedroom and bathroom. The 4th private bedroom was utilized by the teenager. The house is spacious, the porches and views are amazing, the location is perfect, (especially for beach access), the parking is plentiful, and the pool can be heated! Everything was top notch, and Katie was swift with communication and response. We will be back.
