The upper level features a spacious, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of seating for your entire group. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, and the home is decorated in cheerful colors. Amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV in both living rooms and all four bedrooms, a DVR upstairs, a VCR downstairs, a fireplace, a Weber grill, a propane grill, an outdoor shower, and beach towels for your convenience.

Also on the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom, ocean views, and deck access. The screened porch is a lovely spot for morning coffee, dining alfresco, or an afternoon nap in the hammock. A second guest bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom.

The garden level provides a second large living room with a TV and VCR, three daybeds plus a trundle, and a half bath. Two additional bedrooms, each with a king bed, share a newly renovated bathroom and open onto a private patio with views of the dunes leading toward the ocean.

A four-seat golf cart is included with your rental, making it easy to explore the island and enjoy the resort amenities. Many guests choose to park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their main mode of transportation for a laid-back island experience.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
