Walk out your back porch and onto the private boardwalk to the widest beach area on Fripp Island Upstairs features a Primary Suite with King Bed. Guest room includes a Queen Bed and Twin over Full Bunk Bed. All new bedding and mattresses. Downstairs Living Room with new 65" Smart TV with a full Cable TV package. Wireless fiber internet is very fast and reliable. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room. Kitchen equipped with everything you would need to cook a family dinner. K Cup and drip coffee maker. Enjoy the ocean's sounds and views while sitting on your patio. The Middle Island location is just steps from the Beach Club's Olympic pool, adult only pool and bar, shops, fitness center, restaurants, tennis, pickle ball courts and much more. The private pool and courtyard is the perfect place for your family to play games or watch the deer roaming at sunset after a long day at the beach. \*\*\*Sunday - Sunday rental in the Summer\*\*\* Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island Resort amenities. There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, bike rentals, gift shopping and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent bicycles, kayaks, golf cart, SUP or book a dolphin watch cruise. Cards are $55 per person Memorial Day through Labor Day and $39 the rest of the year. Children 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the island restaurants, all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13. Pets - not allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
