The house and its amenities are great. The basement suite and bathroom are modern and the house is clean and well stocked. Stan is a thoughtful, responsive and reliable host. The highlight of the house is its secluded backyard, patio, clean and gorgeous salt water pool. It’s also so close to sag harbor, as well as 1 minute from groceries, restaurants and liquor store. Oct 12, 2018 #### Property was great and owner extremely accommodating Great place for a Fall getaway! We had a great stay at the home and will be back. Proximity to town and beaches was convenient and home was perfect for my family. Home was appointed with all you need for a weekend or extended stay and very well maintained and decorated. The backyard was amazing and the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool! A short walk to Long Beach and a quick drive to Main Street made for a very central and easy location. The Seashell is a terrific property and Stan a great host, had the place ready for us and was responsive to anything we needed. We even had the good fortune to extend while we there. The house is as pictured, clean and great for a family. The pool and backyard are perfect for spending entire days swimming, eating and entertaining. The location can’t be beat. We were a group of 6 friends and there was ample space for us all. The photos in the listing were really accurate, promising a tastefully decorated home and it certainly was. It was our first time in Sag Harbor, the house is conveniently located for town and local beaches. The house is warm and inviting, a real home from home. It had everything we could have possibly needed and more! The pool area was fantastic, where we spent most of our time. The house is very clean and well kept and has everything you could ever need. The pool area is truly resort like and made for such a relaxing experience. The house is a short drive to town with amazing restaurants, shops and farmers market and also a quick walk to the beach. The beds, couches, comforters, decor etc are so thoughtfully chosen and well appointed. The backyard is beautiful and the saltwater pool is big enough to swim laps in if you want. Alex is also extremely responsive and makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Every person raved about this house. Looking forward to staying here again! ##### Rohani M. He was very communicative, available, and helpful. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated, and the best part is the backyard with the pool. My family and I had a lot of fun in the pool. We saw several beautiful sunsets at the harbor beach, which is walking distance. There are great markets nearby and Sag Harbor town is just a 6 minute drive.
