It has services of central heating, central hot water, elevator, terrace, communal gardens and playground for children. It has 3 rooms equipped with bedding: two rooms equipped with double beds each and in the third room a single bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with both appliances and dishes and other household items. The living room is very spacious with TV and access to terrace. The apartment has both a full bathroom and a small toilet, towels are provided to guests. Parking in the surroundings is free and does not usually have maximum occupancy.
