A great 4 night stay. We ate at the hotel each evening, something different each night from the great menu. Mostly chosen for the surrounding area and despite a rather dire weather forecast we were out and about most days, and the spa and pool filled in one afternoon.
Thanks to all the team for a great stay, we’ll miss the seats by the fire in the bar.

Lovely hotel, nice pool & gym, we come quite often
We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel public areas and gardens and are decorated and kept to a high standard and the staff very helpful, friendly and well presented.
The room we had was nice although the bathroom is a little dated and perhaps needs a refit.
The food was good and reasonably priced.
Quiet and charming spa boutique hotel surrounded by nature and close to Rye / Camber Sands Beach. Great gym, friendly staff, and lovely outdoor seating options
It was a very nice place. Helpful and very nice staff. Facilities were good.
Food was tasty and filling.
Unfortunately they are not very good at communication between restaurant and front desk as they missed a complete meal for the two of us. Now i could just have accepted what they were going to charge us but not my style so has to tell them exactly what we had
So keep an eye on what they do and don't charge
Still nice place and would go back

Very smooth check in and out with a very welcoming and kind team. We made use of the spa facilities which was quiet and also had food in their restaurant. Can't fault the place, we had a wonderful stay
A really enjoyable 3 nt stay. The staff made us welcome, the 'superior' room was OK if not a little outdated, the dinners were excellent & the location perfect for local touring.
Everything amazing all the staff were well presented, friendly and helpful. The food was good and the spa treatments that my mum had she said was incredible. The spa was the cleanest i have seen in a hotel.
We will definitely go back.
Warm welcoming helpful staff. Nice building.
Room stuffy, outdated and in poor condition including wallpaper about to peel and doors not shutting. Mattress very uncomfortable.
My full English was cooked beautifully, but small. Pancakes tasteless.
Loved the fact that we could sit in the terrace garden with our tea, and later, drinks. The pool was good, not too hot.
Menu didn't change over the two nights so we explored food in Rye. Room was fine for two friends sharing a twin.
Staff attentive and our one issue was dealt with.
