No nonsense at a reasonable rate. No frills. 24/7 pull up, walk in, ID, cash/card, $4 key deposit and you’re good to go. Book online if you want and they don’t give you a hard time. Lots of local places will give you all kinds of a hard time because you wanted to save money by booking with the third-party app, etc. These guys don’t. The rate is always pretty reasonable either way. They do sell out on weekends or holidays/local events. We have stayed here several times and find it more comfortable to bring our own linens and pillows. Wi-Fi can be kind of slow, but it’s three and you get cable TV air conditioning heat hot water is scolding hot. We also hope bring our own showerhead, believe it or not. The rates are reasonable because it is no frills. No frills can also be interpreted as minimal fosse over cleaning and updates to the rooms. We have never had a problem feeling unsafe generally. I wouldn’t necessarily a family with kids come here. It is kind of an adult situation. If you’re fussy picky or need child proof- forget about it. I’ve paid twice as much and honestly some upgrades and maybe they got a fool, but the rooms aren’t necessarily more clean, seriously, and the pool- gross.

Clean and easy location to catch train to NYC

The checkin staff and later that evening were a 5. Checkout we were not happy with. My daughter got sick and we asked for 12 checkout for her room only. We didn’t say she was sick. She said 11:30. She didn’t tell anyone as housekeeping came to room at 11:20. We called and again asked for time - she said she can have a “few minutes”. We don’t stay at Quality Inns but travel a lot and have never been told no to a later check if needed it. BTW the parking lot was pretty empty so I don’t think they “needed that one room”. Again the younger girl at checking was great and the gentleman later that night were great.
