Staff excellent, they couldn't be more of a help. Breakfast was ok, a bit limited but the air conditioning was not very good. Woke up several times in the night sweating as the room wouldn't get cool enough. We have a small baby with an additional thermometer in the room, the temperature read 24-26 deg but we were told the system was down at 18 deg. Totally ruined a stunning location.

The breakfast and the team down in the breakfast room made it a 5 star experience, great coffee and great spread of Italian goodies. Mostly cold food but hot dishes. There is a lovely little outside area to enjoy one of best hotel breakfasts i had in a while. The receptionist on arrival was functional rather than Friendly and when I wanted to ask a quick query they prioritiesed a telephone. I had single room, narrow bed and near the elevators so some noise coming into the room. So breakfast team overall made this a good experience. The waiter is a comedian
