This apartment is a 10 out of 10. Very clean and everything you needed for the stay was there. Just missing a washer/dryer but was not a big issue. We will rent again and recommended to others

The only downfall is that there was an unpleasant odour, not sure why but even putting all the suction fans on did not get rid of it.

At check-in, there was an intense cigarette smell everywhere. Countrrtop, glassware and furniture were dirty. 2 chairs were broken. Communicated the issues with Management on multiple times; by phone, text messages and online. Got no « real person » replies and nobody came to check on the issues or offered options to fix the problems. Very disapointed about the facility and the poor support

No hot water for the shower. I had to hurry up and turn the heater in the washroom to the max to take a shower.
