Panoramic apartment in an alpine hamlet

Casa Lutz is a bright apartment on two levels, designed for guests looking for a comfortable, quiet and panoramic base in the mountains. Its two balconies overlooking the valley are its strongest feature: a simple but pleasant space to slow down, breathe fresh air and explore the area in every season.

On the entrance level there is the living area, with lounge, comfortable sofa bed and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and everything needed for an independent stay. From here you can access the two panoramic balconies, with views over the valley and towards the Fenestrelle Fort.

On the lower level there are the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The home is suitable for couples, small groups or stays of up to 3 people.

A laundry area with washing machine and dryer is also available, especially useful for stays of several days, active holidays, trekking, MTB or ski weeks.

The house is suitable for mountain stays all year round. In summer and in the shoulder seasons it is a good base for hiking, MTB, alpine villages, the Fenestrelle Fort, Pracatinat, the Selleries refuge, the Assietta route and other outdoor itineraries. On warmer days, the hamlet offers a cooler and quieter climate than the plain.

In winter, access to the Vialattea ski area is about 15 minutes away, while staying in a quieter hamlet than the busier ski resorts.

The village centre is reachable in a few minutes on foot, with a bar, grocery shop, tobacconist and newsstand. A car is recommended to explore the valley, ski slopes, mountain huts and nearby villages freely.
