Points faibles : Service et personnel
Lift was out of order. Door card didn't work so had to go back to reception. Bloke on reception didn't apologise for the card not working, just told me "it is working" despite the fact that I had just tried it! He finally sorted and just shoved it back at me. Thank you!
Room was extremely warm (we stayed May Bank Holiday and we certainly did not have a heatwave!). One bed was horribly soft with no support whatsoever. Pillows were very poor quality and almost non existent.
Hotel was extremely noisy - there must have been a few families staying at the same time who knew each other as the kids were running between rooms, up and down the corridors shouting and screaming, banging on the doors and parents were shouting to each other from one end of the hallway to the other to "talk" to each other.
Finally quietens down and we get woken up in the early hours by a couple of blokes who have clearly had an awesome night out. They spent ages in the corridors having a very loud discussion about their pub*c hair and then singing about it!
Have stayed before but won't book again after this. There must have been a change of ownership for it to have gone down hill so quickly
