Property Summary  
Podere la Madonnina is a meticulously restored farmhouse nestled in a serene wooded area of Livorno, offering a vacation rental experience that retains the charm of a bygone era. This property comprises two self-contained apartments, each with its own entrance, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The vast private garden includes a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Amenities such as a TV, a washing machine, and parking are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay.  
  
Outdoors  
Guests can enjoy the beautiful shared garden and a seasonal swimming pool measuring 4 x 9 m with a depth of 155 - 155 cm, available from May 18 to September 28. The property also features a table tennis setup and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor recreation and gatherings.  
  
Other Information  
While heating is available in the house, guests are required to pay for it on-site from October 15 to April 15. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. The owner does not accept youth groups, and guests are expected to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, given the sensitivity of the neighborhood to noise.

The apartment comes well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The kitchenette features 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer, along with a dining table. You will have access to 2 showers/bidet/WC for added convenience. Furthermore, the apartment provides terrace furniture and a barbecue for outdoor enjoyment. A washing machine, mosquito nets, and logs (extra) are also available for your use.
