IN THE MIDDLE OF A SEA OF OLIVE TREES WHERE YOU ONLY HEAR BIRDS AND CIKADS. Located on the heights, in a privileged environment, on the edge of the natural park of Cap CREUS, LA ESQUELLADA, this beautiful villa of 200 m² of open type, facing south and with a very Mediterranean aspect, dominates the bay of Rosas. It consists of a large living room, an equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. It is fully equipped. IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN with terraces that make the pool inaccessible. From the living room you have access through large windows to two terraces of 80 m² and 40 m² and to your large swimming pool of 50 m². All on a 10,000 m² park with exotic garden, lawn, pine forest, olive trees, pond. Tennis court at 200m. Currently not visible on smartphone. We didn't get the best of weather during our stay, with heavy rain on some days, but this didn't matter, as we could enjoy the stunning views relaxing on the terrace at all times. The pool is amazing, swimming whilst overlooking the Bay of Roses, really great. The rest of the villa was also excellent, including an outdoor BBQ area that included a paella stove. We had 10 days of sunshine and managed to visit lots of beaches and attractive towns. Cadaqués is lovely and it is worth the extra drive over the border to visit the magical Collioure in France, taking the scenic route. The villa owner, Gerard, was really friendly and helpful. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Tipps und Informationen bzgl Unternehmungen waren sehr wertvoll. Wir liebten den Ausblick, die Ruhe, das Vogelgezwitscher, Wanderung zum creus blanca und weiter zum Kloster, Menü bei Garimall, Ausflug nach Barcelona mit dem Zug, Entspannung am Pool.
