  • Situation in superb quiet area without car you can go to some of the beaches and shopping mall. Near the roads to the coves (Montjoi, La Pelosa etc) and La Almabrava and Canyelles.
    Have around the house with large garden flowers and trees, barbecue, hammock, laundry with shower, private pool, terrace, porch, parking and playground.
    The car reaches the same garden with great comfort to unload luggage and shopping. Easy access for children and seniors.
    Pets are allowed.
    Inside has 2 rooms bedrooms one with double bed and one with bunk beds and trundle. Room with sofa bed, large kitchen and bathroom.

Superb location and pool

Perfect for families, nice pool to relax at home. 10 mins walk from beach and endless restaurant options in town. Aqua park, mini golf, go karts etc all local.

Very quiet, but close walk to beach and city centre. Location is very good. Cool garden, great on hot days. Our dogs adored running around in the fully protected garden. Excellent stay.

What a wonderful house!

We had a wonderful two weeks here with our family! A lovely house with excellent amenities. The kitchen, bathroom, and beds are good. The pool provides great cooling and fun for the children. There are areas around the house in both sun and shade, so you can always find a comfortable spot, even when it's very hot.The house is close to the beach and the town center. Everything is within walking distance. There is a private parking space in the shade, which is also very convenient.The hostess is very friendly. She doesn't live in the house herself, but comes by occasionally in the morning to clean the pool. We could tell she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay.We definitely recommend this accommodation!

La maison est idéalement placée dans le centre de Roses. Cela permet de se rendre à pied à bon nombre de commodités (commerces, restaurants, plage....). Le gros avantage de cette location est le parking privé qui permet de se garer lorsque les rues sont bondées de voitures avec aucune possibilité de se garer.

Zentrales kleines Paradies

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal in diesem Haus. Der Preis ist inzwischen ziemlich hoch, dafür sollte langsam mal ein bisschen was saniert werden. Das Kinderzimmer riecht leider inzwischen ziemlich muffig und die Fliesen im Pool sind gebrochen und scharfkantig Die Vermieterin ist zauberhaft, man kann zu Fuß zum Strand und ins Zentrum, der kleine Pool und das Grundstück lädt zu entspannten Tagen am Pool mit Grill und Hängematte ein. Wer keinen hohen Anspruch an modernen Luxus hat sondern wert auf Lage und Platz hat ist hier richtig

Perfekt, unperfektes Häuschen mit viel Charme und gepflegtem Garten. Für Urlaub mit Hund perfekt, da eingezäunt. Leider hat es aus den Abflussrohren im Bad mehrfach sehr ekelhaft gestunken. Durch Öffnen aller Türen und Fenster war es auszuhalten.

Sobre todo destacar la atención de la propietaria desde la entrada hasta la salida., Incluyendo un detalle que tuvo con nosotras trayéndonos unos productos típicos de la zona. Del alojamiento tengo que decir que me lleve decepción al ver que no había aire acondicionado pues era una de los cosas que yo filtraba a la ahora de buscar alojamiento sabiendo el calor que hace en la zona, agradecer a la propietaria que nos dejó un ventilador pero para mí no era suficiente . La ubicación de la casa es perfecta , muy cerca del centro, la piscina muy limpia y cuidada . El interior de la casa le falta algún arreglillo, el baño la ducha no estaba bien, en la descripción pone sofá cama y no es sofá cama... Por lo demás tuvimos una estancia muy agradable .

Localisation idéale

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La maison est idéalement située : proche de tout a pieds : port, plage, supermarchés, centre ville, restaurants, bars... Le jardin est très joli, la piscine chauffe très vite car de petite taille, la maison est facile à vivre. Comme les précédentes appréciations : la loterie aurait besoin d'être renouvelée. Sinon les photos représentent très bien la maison. A préciser dans l'annonce : l'étage au-dessus est occupé. Ce n'est pas vraiment gênant mais il faut le savoir. Notre hôte Conceptio est une femme charmante, c'est un plaisir de rencontrer une personne aussi serviable et attentionnée. Très bons souvenirs de ce séjour !

Accueil agréable propriétaire très gentil, ensemble bien Magnifique jardin , piscine propre , maison très bien situé. Traumhafter Garten in zentraler lage

Der Garten lädt zum träumen ein und Strand und Pool sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und die nachbarshunde werden nicht ausgeführt so dass es leider mal übel riecht am Pool. Die Vermieterin ist allerdings ein Engel und der Preis ist mehr als fair! Mit Kleinkind würde ich es nicht nochmal buchen, aber in 2 Jahren kommen wir bestimmt wieder, zum 3. mal dann.
