« This spacious property is well located to view all the sites and sounds of Drumheller and surrounding areas. Policy dictates all dishes used are cleaned however when we arrived we had to spend a long time cleaning every dish and utensil. The cost of cleaning are not reflected in the condition when we arrived. »

First i got there, the sink was full of dishes, no coffee machine, the bed was not made and full of ass hair, the towels were wet and on the floor of the bathrrom, no toilet paper, the vacuum had not been done…..almost no dishes to cook, the microwave is so small that you haver to moût your plate in on the side to make it fit in, no AC so really really warm in it. « Helen's Hideaway is a quaint and conveniently located place to stay that is perfect for families looking for a few days in Drumheller. It is conveniently located near grocery store amenities and the attractions downtown. The kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking needs. The interior is nicely decorated and comfortable. The bbq and back patio offer a quiet retreat from the day's heat and hikes. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property as an excellent alternative to a hotel...

« Was a family vacation with adult son and his family. House was dirty, getting rundown, dryer only ran cold, supplies limited and locked in a closet so no access to supplies. Flooring in disrepair, wifi cut out and no response on how to fix it. Bbq disgusting, no tools or brush for bbq, outside garbage can full; dishes in cupboard dirty, couch dirty. « The house was a good size for our group, but there were a few issues we encountered. Be aware that there is a pet fee of $150/pet/night, which was not communicated to us until after we had checked in. You would think this fee would be enough to cover the cost of hiring poop scoopers, but the backyard was littered with dog poop. Once we checked in, we went to unlock the basement suite and a cat came out of the bedroom, no idea how long it had been locked down there. The cat had pooped and peed...
