Terrible communication by them even before we arrived. I received a suspicious email from them and I was trying to contact them. No response. No response to texts for days for check in instructions etc. We weren’t even sure if would be able to get in the house when we arrived. When we arrived the grass was over a foot high. There were weeds everywhere and the patio was full of leaves and debris. Tried to contact management no answer. When they finally responded they said they would get someone sent out. No one ever came and management did not respond. The grass was so long our grandaughter couldn’t play in the yard and the fire pit chairs had grass up to the seats. One of the reasons we rented this house was the patio and yard. So the fact it was so run down was disappointing. The house itself is adorable. Nicely renovated. Has everything you need. Comfy beds. However the furniture is dirty and stained. The walls were filthy. The shelf in one room was broken and hanging and the door knob came out of the door as there was no back on it. There were sheets and towels left in the laundry. The house is in a great location and has everything you need. The problem is absolutely not with the house. It is with the management company and whoever they are using to clean and maintain it. Very disappointing for the price we paid. When the trip was over Nomadics wanted a review and I told them about the problems.
