The villa retains its original structure while featuring a refreshed interior with exposed oak beams, polished concrete walls, and a stylish wooden and stainless steel kitchen.

    The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar, laundry room, bathroom, and a double bedroom with breathtaking infinity sea views.

    Upstairs, the first floor features three double bedrooms, one single room (small with a daybed only), a Jack & Jill bathroom, and an additional half bath.

    Step onto the west-facing balcony to enjoy sweeping ocean and mountain views, unforgettable sunsets, and a sense of complete privacy. The surrounding lush garden adds a touch of tropical serenity.
