Der Kontakt war perfekt. Alle Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Sie kümmert sich jederzeit um ihre Gäste. Auch ihre Mutter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Penthouse war hervorragend und sauber, sowie die sehr gemütliche große Dachterrasse und der kleine Balkon mit Blick über Rom hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir können das Penthouse zu 100% weiterempfehlen.Zur Info: Die Fahrt mit einem Taxi vom Flughafen zum Penthouse kostet 70 .Martina is an exceptional host. Communication was perfect. All inquiries were answered promptly. She always takes care of her guests. Her mother is also very friendly and helpful. The penthouse was superb and spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the very comfortable, spacious rooftop terrace and the small balcony with its view over Rome. We wholeheartedly recommend this penthouse.For your information: A taxi ride from the airport to the penthouse costs 70.Martina è un'host eccezionale. La comunicazione è stata perfetta. A tutte le nostre richieste è stata data risposta tempestivamente. Si prende sempre cura dei suoi ospiti. Anche sua madre è molto gentile e disponibile. L'attico era superbo e pulitissimo, e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la terrazza panoramica, molto comoda e spaziosa, e il piccolo balcone con vista su Roma. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und kommuniziert sehr schnell und zielführend. Bis hin zum org. des Taxi Shuttle.Lage: 10 Minuten Fuß oder 2 St.Bus und 3Metro-Stationen bis ins Zentrum , finde ich genau richtig um etwas Abstand zum Tagesrummel am Abend zu genießen. Denn, 6 Sterne für die Terrasse, die macht 80% der FEWO aus. Und gleichzeitig nur 3 Punkte, weil alle Terrassenmöbel defekt sind/ über die Jahre gekommen.FEWO gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, den Rest kann man im 24/7 Supermarkt gleich unten nachkaufen. Inkl 4 Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Also Versorgung 5 Sterne . Hier und da muss mal ein Handwerker ran. Tür schleift, Kleine Schadstellen am Putz. Nichts was die Rom Stimmung trübt! Omly 4 star is location, because you cant just ealk to the center, but the metro is close. We had a car and parked in front of the building at the meters, a bit of looking for a space later in the evening. Free on sunday and overnight we plugged the meter which seemed easier than going to a garage. Great hosts, exactly on time for checkin and checkout. ##### Katya and Nicholas P. She was considerate and very available for communication at \*any\* hour. The outside terrace was really beautiful, with flowering plants and places to sit to enjoy the rooftop and look out at Rome. There is a wonderful market next door that has a fantastic selection of fresh foods, anything you might desire. She ordered my Mom a taxi for 5 AM, then texted at 5 AM to make sure it had arrived!!! She was really considerate and caring. We enjoyed a little sparkling wine and little chocolate cookies as a welcome present. She has put out guides to the neighborhood and instructions for using public transportation. We can’t wait to stay there again. ##### Marlisa L. It is charmingly decorated and fully furnished, and Martina has created a very inviting residence. We arrived to a thoughtfully stocked kitchen. The terraces are lovely. The apartment is located near major bus lines as well as the Metro Bologna, but the neighborhood is quiet. A 24-hr. grocery store is just a few steps away. Martina is a wonderful host -- very helpful, very considerate of our needs. She always responded promptly to our contacts and our deposit was returned quickly. The terraced area outside was lovely and was a great way to unwind after a busy day in the city. The metro was only a 5-7 minute walk away and made it very accessible to the rest of the city. The owners were fantastic and provided a great service. Beautiful apartment, spacious and lovely with a beautiful, I mean beautiful terrace sorraunded by colorful flowers. Me and my wife spent the weekend in Rome and this property was the best choice of our short vacation. We had a supermarket a few steps from our apartment. Nice restaurants just around the corner, pizza places, cafes and a very nice bar just 5 minutes of walk. We used the Metro to go to the city center and it took us 20 min or so to go there and from over there to other fantastic places Rome offers. We enjoyed every single day here. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Rome. Special thanks to the owners that were always there when we had questions or needed directions.
