Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator (not wheelchair accessible), the apartment is just a short walk from the Appiano train station and the 990L bus stop, and a 20-minute walk from the Cipro Metro station, making it easy to travel to the city centre and Vatican City.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, dining table, and TV;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, desk, and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with bathtub and shower, bidet, toilet, and sink;

- DRESSING ROOM with a half-bath equipped with a toilet, sink, and closet.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you’ll be able to access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



The apartment is ideally located for visiting the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica.

The Cipro metro station is a 20-minute walk away, which offers direct service to Roma Termini Station and the city’s main attractions

From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking regional train 20651 to the Roma Trastevere stop; from there, transfer to regional train 23262 and get off at the Appiano stop, a 2-minute walk from the property.



From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the metro to the Valle Aurelia stop, from there, take regional train 20390 to the Appiano stop, a 2-minute walk from the property.



If you’re travelling by car, one uncovered parking space is included with the rental, and you can park for free on the street.
