Hard to say something positive. Mainly a management issue. 100$ caution cash …even when the room is paid in advance … per room ! No receipt just pay, and that was the welcome we had after 30 mn waiting the return of the clerk. Coffee in the morning was was just sock juice and no shampoo just lotion in bathrooms… great feeling when you wash with lotion. The smell in the corridors are not even describable, awful ! I know it was a middle price room but honestly I had the feeling is was more a one hour hotel than a proper hotel… Last but not least don't ask for a wake up call, they will be 45 mn late. And if you even dare hope for a sorry or little understanding from the staff… keep walking the Indian team student with his friend will be late and not caring at all ! That is if you succeed to to speak to him. This place should not be even open to public. Walk your way people !

While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I realize that the hotel can't do much about it, but I wouldn't stay there again. Rooms were also very cramped.

Le personnel était gentil et courtois, toutefois la salubrité laissait vraiment à désirer. De fortes odeurs de cannabis étaient présentes dans les corridors. La salle de bain présentait des signes évidents de moisissures, ce qui est inacceptable. Le déjeuner offert est très basique et de qualité minimale. Globalement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur des attentes, principalement en raison des problèmes de propreté.
