The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The shower was made for a very short person. They came in and changed the setting on the air conditioner while I was at my son's graduation ceremony. Yes it was a smoking room but it smelled like it had been closed up for months with no air freshener. There were no donuts and coffee available as they advertised.
