The room had an unwanted smell. Good thing I was only booked for one night. The staffed watched me and my guest go in the room. I was booked for 2 they Called the room and stated that she seen more than 2 people (which was only 1 additional person) go in the room. The owner of this hotel is very angry and just a jerk.. we asked for extra towels and pillows he yelled at us and said we already had two and that was enough. The room service was good they came in and cleaned the room everyday. This and the water pressure would be the only good things about this hotel.. Management staff made our stay horrific. We were yelled at multiple times over a stray dog that wandered around our rooms. We came back to the room on day 2 to no towels. Called to get towels and never got them. When we went to check out, management then accused us of stealing the towels and assured me I would be charged for them. Had me shaking mad by the end of the confrontation. One of my pet peeves is water pressure in the shower. There was none. The location was perfect, rooms clean, but managent made it the worst experince at a hotel I have ever had. There are comparable hotels up and down the same road. Service was awful. I will never go there again. I brought own pillow and blanket. I wouldn't walk on the floors without shoes. No hot water, was Luke warm.
