great front desk service, on the continental breakfast needs some improvement, in my opinion, because it has the same breakfast items 2 days in a row. but overall premises is well maintained and clean lobby, rooms were great, I would stay again

Place is good only thing is the bathroom need little more maintenance there is some paint faded spots around the bathroom but everything else of the room was good its just the bathroom thats need maintenance also staff was nice and helpful

It’s an older hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was fine. No signs of mold or bugs. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot. Hotel is nice for a quick visit.

The property is severely in need of repair and updating. Cleanliness was less than satisfactory, but mostly things were stained and could use a refresh. The highlight was the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and made guests feel welcomed and appreciated. I would not stay again as my first choice of accommodation, but if anything that would make the stay worthwhile would be then staff.

The room we had smelled horrible. It had a mildew scent. The toilet wouldn’t stop running and intermittently wouldn’t flush. The shower knob was about to come off the wall. It looked so much nicer in the pictures online. The ice machine was out of order. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated, but wasn’t. The only pros were that the continental breakfast was decent, the location was good, and the bed didn’t kill my back. Would not recommend unless you’re out of options.

The floors and tables throughout the lobby and breakfast area were sticky… the room keys gave us trouble for one of my rooms the entire stay…. The hotel is run down and outdated. Only had 4 channels on the tv and ac unit couldn’t keep room cool during an 80* day…the complimentary breakfast was actually delicious. Seems like the workers were trying to make the best out of a run down hotel….

The staff is top notch. Very friendly and kind . It is an older hotel so there were some noticeable wear, but it was clean. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, or toast. Coffee and juices. The staff were attentive and made sure nothing ran out. Security badges get wankie if you enter the Army base. We did have to have the keys reactivated, but staff is aware of the issue and were quick to get us access quickly.
