The room was good and clean. The bedding was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, just the way I like it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My stay at the Rosewood Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere made it a truly memorable experience. Staff was professional, helpful, and friendly!

I’ve never stayed at a 5 star hotel that charged you for shampoo, soap, or body wash. Considering the price of the hotel I would never expect to see a notice saying we would be charged for taking shampoo. It gives the impression that the hotel is nickel and diming guests. In addition, the idea of reusing stuff from other guests is also gross. The hotel also didn’t provide toothbrushes, combs, or basic toiletries that other 5 star hotels provide. Lastly to add onto the nickle and diming, never in my life have a stayed at a 5 star hotel that charges for sauna and steam room use. Either include that service in the base price or put a notice saying that a charge is required.
