Rodgers Beach Tours and Activities

This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still charged us for the day that we missed. Moral of this is, if I call in advance and was able to check in early it would’ve been fine. But not only that communication was very poor coming from them.

friendly, helpful staff. Very well maintained property. Our apartment overlooked the golf view so we were greeted by iguanas every morning . Great DJs by the pool. Beautiful beach right across the street from the property. Don’t have anything negative to say about this place. will definitely go back.

The hotel itself was nice, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurants do not take reservations, and they fill up very quickly, making it difficult to get into any of them. Upon arrival, the staff did not explain important details or provide enough information about how things worked at the resort, which left us having to figure things out on our own. Some staff members were also very rude and unwelcoming. The food was not the greatest either. Overall, the hotel had potential, but the lack of organization, customer service, and dining options made the stay less enjoyable than expected. Also, the pool closed super early which was not nice.
