This, 6,580 sq. ft., premier home offers every major amenity including a private pool (heated for a fee), hot tub, elevator, theater room, game room with billiards, full linens year round with beds made, and even allows dogs. It is one of the very best values and books quickly, so don't delay. Ground Level: Double-sided carport parking, one side with built-in tables and bench seating perfect for a poolside lunch or seafood feast and an outside shower. A few steps up to the gated private pool with baby pool, loungers, hot tub with lift assist, and ocean views. Inside you'll find a den with a full-size refrigerator, a pub table seating 8, a TV, and an elevator to all levels.
