This house was a perfect location and a very easy walk to the beach. The elevator in the house was wonderful for my mother who has a hard time on the stairs. I would say everything in the house was perfect except it definitely could use a deep clean or maybe somethings replaced. The carpets had several stains, even on the side of the mattresses, the hot tub display was broken so you couldn't really read it and the middle floor tvs were very outdated, kind of assumed they would be smart tvs or with a roku box but none were located on the bottom two floors.
