The House was perfect. The ice machine in the refrigerator broke. The Management had a technician out to repair within an hour. Not only that, but they brought bags of ice to us every day until the replacement part arrived and was installed. The house was clean and comfortable. No one at the office answered my calls. The lawn was unmoved and weeds were growing into the disgusting grills. I called and asked this to be take care of. They said it would be - it never was. Thankfully she was there cleaning when we arrived as we never received our code to unlock the door and it took a day to get in touch with the realty company. Would had been a terrible first night in the car had we not been able to get in. Do the due diligence ahead of time to make sure you get in. Other than that the home is amazing and loved the beach!
