So relaxing to sit on the swinging lounge and watch the river - a few boats now and then to look at too. The home itself was nicely appointed for a family, even though we only had the two of us full-time we did cook a family dinner with our son and his girlfriend who we were visiting. Quiet neighborhood. Fantastic views of the river without any development on the other side—just nature. Short commute to great restaurants. Very interesting Civil War history as the current neighborhood is built over the former Swann Plantation. Civil War graves abandoned in a nearby tree thicket. House is nicely renovated. We appreciated the hot water on demand, coffee bar and rain shower. Super clean. Also liked not having to haul our kayaks here. Be sure and check tides before you put in. Current can be very strong.
