Let me start by saying location to carowinds is great, we were on the 4th floor but our room was quiet,we had a queen room two beds our bathroom was very small water pressure not great breakfast buffet was good,seems like a safe area we didn't have a problems and was never worried about any but I would definitely stay again

For the location and price you really can’t beat it. Me and my 11 year old daughter stayed there and we were more than happy with the experience. The breakfast is really good too and has more than I thought it would! Definitely will be back to stay again!

Not a bad stay, we decided to take the kids to Carowinds before school started and everything worked out pretty good. We have a lot of kids so we had to book two rooms and I thought that I had booked conjoining rooms but apparently I didn’t. The hotel at the front by desk was super nice and helpful and the stay was pleasant. The pool was refreshing and on our second day after spending all day in Charlotte, we were able to order pizza and eat by the pool. Definitely a win for my crowd👍

Room could have been better (we killed 2 roaches), staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was good (only had gravy one day and it did seem like they wouldnt refill anything after 9 even though breakfast went till 10) and it was pet friendly which is nice but they should vacuum more because of dog hair. The flip over latch lock mechanism was broken so we werent able to use that for additional safety. There were some things broken and half way repaired in the bathroom.

Perfectly fine hotel, especially if you are heading to Carowinds--it is basically in the parking lot of the park. You could easily walk to the park, or a very short drive. Nice included breakfast. Staff was very helpful in that I had (2) separate reservations for the different days, and they were able to let us stay in our same room

Great spot to stay in on the budget. Very neat and clean although the room had a very dated look. In my room, the microwave looked like something exploded in it and they couldn’t clean it out and the bathroom needed a bit of updating. But overall, the stay was very comfortable. The lights need to be replaced as one of the lamps didn’t work at all. The bed on the other hand was extremely comfortable pillows, very comfortable so I was able to get good sleep. The hotel‘s location was excellent. It’s in the middle of everything and directly walking distance across from Carowinds amusement park.

Easy walk to Carowinds. Breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. Pool was clean. Room was clean. My only complaint is that I had paid in full upfront on the website but at check-in they asked me to scan my card and they were charging me $270 I asked what is this? They said what I paid was only to hold the room. I showed receipt and conformation number and insisted that I have already paid and after a few minutes they said I don’t owe anything. It could have been an honest mistake but it seemed fishy.
