"Zur Ankunft hatte mir der Betreiber vergessen den Zugangscode zu senden. Nach einigen Telefonaten und SMS erhielt ich dann den Zugangscode. Der Betreiber entschuldigte sich mehrmals und gab mir gleich noch zwei gute Restaurant Tipps . Das Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und kleiner Küche ist vollkommen in Ordnung. "Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Wonderful ambience, quick walk to cruise terminal. Our luggage was lost by Delta, so we were quite late arriving and I felt very sorry for the gentleman who had to wait up (very late) to let us in. Fantastic shower — didn’t want to get out! Room was very clean, super comfy. We had two bedrooms with a little connecting area, which is perfect for families or people who are traveling together but want separate rooms. Typical continental breakfast; server squeezed fresh orange juice for us which was a nice treat. Beautiful historic building in a charming neighborhood. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent location next to the National Museum, RC Lido train station, Gelato Cesare, and the promenade. Only about 10 minute walk to the ferry port. Hotel had an excellent breakfast with many choices (muesli, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, pastries, and even granita with brioche, among other options. They also had an excellent dinner menu. Rooms were clean and comfortable (AC helpful). I would stay here again."
