### Ciesa La Rocia

Apartment in the center of the characteristic pueblo of Rocca Pietore a few km from Sottoguda, a town recognized as one of the most beautiful pueblos in Italy.  
  
THE SPACE  
The apartment is located on the first floor of a private house a stone's throw from the square of Rocca Pietore. Ofrezca a kitchen equipped with:  
\- stamp  
\- coffee machine  
\- microwave  
\- dishwasher.  
  
There is a relaxation area with sofa and TV.  
  
There are 3 bedrooms, all with flat beds. In the apartment there is a new bathroom with shower and a small service terrace  
Leaving the apartment on the landing, the house has a second private bathroom with small tub and washing machine.  
The municipal car park is 70 meters from the house.  
Please note the apartment has a fourth bedroom which is for the owners personal use. It is therefore closed and cannot be accessed.  
  
THE POSITION  
Rocca Pietore, the true geographical heart of the Dolomites, which is located 1000 meters from Masarè in the Alleghe lake, only 3265 meters from the panoramic terrace of Punta Rocca in Marmolada. A land of mountains, woods, streams and enchanted lakes. From the Queen of the Dolomites - the Marmolada - passing through the Padon, the Mesola, the Cime d'Ombretta, the Migogn and the Piz just to name a few of the mountains that you can admire and experience Rocca Pietore.  
Lake Alleghe, a body of water at the foot of Monte Civetta, offers a breathtaking view of the town and its woods on the Rocca bank. Lake Fedaia turns red every evening and welcomes the placid image of the Marmolada marking the border between Belluno and Trento, between Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige. The Lèch di Giai, a natural alpine lake, is the destination of one of the best panoramic treks in the area and ahí the legend of Eivane.  
  
Rocca Pietore is a territory filled with unique and uncontaminated natural elements, from which you will live an adventurous mountain experience. There are many villages, which have remained authentic and characteristic, scattered throughout the territory: from the legendary pueblo de Bramezza to the panoramic Laste, from the capital of Rocca to Malga Ciapela passing by Sottoguda, from 2016 one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.  
  
Rocca Pietore and the Marmolada are the perfect territory for your active holidays!  
In winter skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ski mountaineering, freeride and climbing in the snow are the main activities, while on the finca they come with trekking, sport climbing, the ancient via ferrata and road biking thanks to the legendary Ascent of the Pass Fedaia.
