It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process. Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks. EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station. Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message. Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7. Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion. Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure. We were happy with the property and the description. Our only feedback would be that there are excessive cobwebs and spiders/insects in the house. Terra Bella is a beautiful secluded home away from all the traffic and noise of suburbia. We found the accommodation to be clean with plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out and have 'quiet time'. I would just add a few little touches - staples in the kitchen, serviettes, cooking oil, long life milk, tea and coffee - not a weeks worth, but just a few 'complimentary'. I would also suggest window furnishings - although private, I did feel exposed when at night watching TV - we heard a few noises and couldn't decide if it was a possum or an intruder. Thanks for the games provided, perhaps some throws in the living areas to help keep the cold out? Aside from this, we enjoyed our time in Robertson - little gem not often spoken about.
