« We stayed one week in mid-May. This was the most private, beautifully outfitted cabin we've ever booked. Owners were wonderful. The only negative is that the listing says it "overlooks" a noisy trout stream. It does not overlook the creek because the creek is down a steep completely foliaged (lots of poison ivy and unnavigable brush) drop-off and is totally inaccessible and not even visible. We were very disappointed about this; the listing also says that one can walk to the end of the driveway...

« Perfectly situated by a large creek in a quiet community, this cabin was just what we were looking for. The cabin is comfortable, charmingly decorated, and well stocked. Communication with the owner was easy. Sitting on the covered back porch with a cup of coffee, listening to the creek was a favorite part of my day. The property is also close to Lake Santeetlah, which is gorgeous! After 30 years, I finally found a place my husband loved! Haha »

« This cabin is so nice! I loved the fenced in back yard for being able to let the dog run outside. The kitchen was very well furnished. We were hiking and spending a lot of time headed to the trails. It was in a great location for us. Robbinsville is pretty close if you need a grocery run. The hosts were great and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. The driveway is kind of narrow and winding (it is in the mountains, after all), but well marked. We drove our full size truck....

« This cabin was possibly one of the cleanest and well stocked with essentials I have ever experienced on a vacation. The view was absolutely unreal. The owners were great to communicate with and very friendly. We rented the pontoon boat all week, which is a must if you plan to get on the water. « Stayed in home for a four day weekend just to get away. Like others have said there is no cell service at cabin with either Verizon or AT&T but you can turn WiFi calling on your phone and still make and receive phone calls and text messages. We loved having the creek right outside the door. My lab played in it every day. Overall cleanliness was good. Did have a couple of issues that addressed with the owner and she responded immediately.
