The house is situated in a quiet area in one of the best summer house districts along the dunes that separate the beach from the summer house area. The beach is 400 metres away. Lakolk Butikstorv, with its shops, restaurants, and cafés, is 300 metres away.
The house was built in 1957 and was recently renovated inside in 2017, including a new kitchen. The kitchen features a dishwasher, a freezer compartment in the refrigerator, and a ceramic stove.
The living area is 55 m². The house features a beautiful, bright dining/living area with a wood-burning stove, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 3), as well as a larger bedroom with a double bed, a hallway, and a bright bathroom with a shower stall. There is a washing machine in the adjacent cottage.
The house is equipped with free 30/30 Wi-Fi and a TV package featuring German and Nordic channels.
The summer house lot measures 547 m² and offers ample parking. A beautiful, spacious, wooden deck of approximately 87 m² (new) with patio furniture and a grill is perfect for relaxing.
Thanks to Rømø’s unique natural surroundings, its vast open spaces, and one of Europe’s widest and finest beaches, you’ll always find a quiet spot to enjoy all to yourself.
Near the summer house, there are plenty of opportunities for a wide range of group and individual activities, such as golf, mini-golf, Rømø Play and Maze Park, horseback riding, water sports, and cycling.
