My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Boudl Al Olaya. The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of cafés and restaurants, the metro, Tamimi supermarket, and several malls. It’s also directly opposite Al Faisaliah Tower and close to Kingdom Tower, with easy access to Diriyah and other places we visited around Riyadh. It was such a central location, we felt completely safe and very much at home throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the courteous and professional staff, and that level of service remained consistent the entire time. Special thanks to Mona and Khaled at reception, and to the wonderful Munawar, who greeted us every day with tea and dates — such a thoughtful touch. All of the staff were lovely, even though I unfortunately can’t recall everyone’s names. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and finished to a very high standard. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed (and more). We were genuinely sad to leave. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Riyadh and would highly recommend Boudl Al Olaya to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

We spent four nights here in a very large 2 bedroom suite with large kitchen and dining area with comfortable living space. The kitchen offered a great induction cooktop. In the bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of storage space, good bathrooms and showers. The location is very central, between old Riyadh and Diriyah, with many groceries, stores and restaurants nearby. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, offering all day cold drinks and teas staff when one arrives, as well as excellent when we needed anything (such as added items for the kitchen, help finding services like laundry, etc.) The gym was quite usable for a workout though small, and staff fixed one machine immediately when it failed to work. There is plenty of free parking in the area,

#### CUSTOMER BEWARE

Guest beware. Whilst the hotel was lovely from the inside a major fault that is not mentioned at any stage in the booking is the lack of front entrance! The hotel is in the middle of a construction site on olaya. If anybody elderly or kids are staying with you then i advise against staying here. You have to walk through a back entrance which in fact is a hole in the wall. The floor to the entrance is literally wooden planks on top of gravel, there is a steep drop into the construction sight which kids and elderly must be very vigilant about. Lastly it was a nightmare getting ay uber driver or food deliveries to understand how to enter the hotel as like i said it is in a construction site. Upon arrival the hotel refused to acknowledge this flaw and informed us that we are free to book elsewhere but would be fined one nights stay. I attempted to get compensation for my booking via hotels.com and the hotel and this has not been possible. In short. If you dont have kids or elderly then stay here but unless you are driving expect taxis and food delivery to be a nightmare.

Location is amazing but room service was terrible out 5 nights 2 days havent room service whenever they were doing they weren’t replacing enough towels tissue water even mini bar wasn’t replaced with the missing items clearly staff isn’t experienced
