Attendre quelque années avant d'aller là.

Cette hôtel est en réparation. Les bains ont déjà étés peinturés et...la peinture décolle du bain maintenant..affreux et sale.

Not so much

It is an old building, lots of smoke in the non-smoking halls. The room was missing a chair, but someone brought us a little desk chair so we could both sit. Breakfast was nothing much, waffle maker, limited fruit, strange looking eggs. The room above us was rented late in the evening and the floor/ceiling recorded every move that person made until h/she finally went to bed. We will not stay there again. Note: The Days Inn was in Rawlins, not Riverton.

Smokey "non smoking" room

First off, I hate when the photos do NOT match that particular hotel. It looked good from the outside photo, all the room photos looked nice but when we got there, yikes. Outside was ok and clean. Plenty of parking, but there were only four vehicles total the whole weekend, so that's irrelevant. Walked in the side exit, no problem. Found my room easily. Opened the door to this NON SMOKING ROOM and was assailed by that horrible old stale cigarette smell. Yuck! Thought, ok maybe just me, couldn't change rooms because I had meetings to get to anyways. Did not like the fact that the only window for fire exit opened into the hall! No other way out! Slept on a fairly comfortable bed but the pillows smelled like stale cigarette also. The shower had good water pressure but every single towel had stains on them.Only good thing, New flat screen TV with cable that worked. :(

Days Inn in Riverton,WY very pleasant

We arrived after 1 am but the night manager was delighted to let us in The room was extremely clean; wall-mounted big screen was terrific; and that spotless bathroom was perfect! King size bed was clean and comfy, breakfast was good, and the late check out helped with our rough trip over south pass. We defiantly be coming back.

It was only one night

The issues began when we arrived. The key cards would not open the door to our room. Once we had completely moved into the room, we found the TV didn't work. A very friendly and helpful staff person tried everything she knew to get the satellite TV to work but no Joy. So we were moved to a different room where the TV only played two channels. We worked thru that. Then, during the night, the heater/AC unit was so loud it was difficult to hear the TV or sleep. After turning that unit off, we could hear someone in a room above us snoring so loudly it again became very difficult to sleep. Fortunately, we were staying for one night only, so we got up early, packed up and left the person snoring. We appreciate the very friendly staff and the special price on the room rate but we got what we paid for. We can only imagine how difficult it is to keep a small business operating during a difficult winter in the middle of Wyoming. We hope business conditions improve and this motel regains a chance to flourish.

The hotel was partially remodeled which created an issue with old rooms vs. new rooms. The first room we had was not very clean and very outdated. We requested a room change which was to a new room that was much more to our liking and much cleaner. We were thankful to be able to move rooms.

Room was nice, as it was recently renovated. But, NO parking and breakfast was no good. It was priced well for the accommodation though.

Decent place for the price

We checked in after 10:00 pm. The main office was closed, but called the number left on the outside door and was met by a friendly office helper in a few minutes (it was -13 outside, so was glad it didn't take too long) Bed was comfortable. DIdn't have breakfast. Morning cleaner tried to come in our room before we had checked out prior to 10:30 am.

This is a great value for Riverton. I just wish the shower water was warmer. But maybe that is because we had sub-zero temps.

Nice for the price

Staff were very nice but the hotel was didn't have what we usually expect from days inn hotels no pool, hot tub, or weight room but it was inexpensive and safe.

Best Deal in Town

I was initially concerned about staying here because some of the reviews were quite harsh. I was very surprised. The room was large, comfortable, and beautiful. Even a Samsung 51" tv! Also had a nice upholstered chair to relax in. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would have enjoyed more was more light. I have a real problem with vision due to macular degeneration. However, that's my personal problem. Not anything to do with the hotel. I was also treated like gold by the staff!

I booked my stay last minute, online. When I got there and rang the outside bell at 11 p.m., no one answered so that I could check in. I then called the front desk 5 times, letting it ring 15 times each. No answer. After 45 minutes of waiting on a chilly, rainy night, I tried to cancel my reservation so I could at least take myself and my two kids somewhere so we could sleep. When the Days Inn national number was called, they just said the staff was out turning on the property lights and would return to let me in soon. They were less than helpful. When I called hotels.com, they were great about keeping in contact with me until I was in the hotel. When they called the front desk, the staff member finally answered, let me in, and got me checked in. The hotel is older, but was clean and the breakfast was sufficient.

Don't waste your $ Stayed in nicer places for less

Room was too hot, towels/rags stained. Housekeeping changed our AC unit from Cool to LowFan while they were in our room so when we returned later that night it was uncomfortably hot. Room was way overpriced, especially since the AC unit hardly worked, no pool and limited selection for breakfast. Will not stay again, and will not recommend this motel to anyone. In need of some serious updates.

Nice quiet hotel!

Quiet hotel, great staff and nice room with big tv, large comfortable bed, and good air conditioning. Bathroom fan wasn't working and breakfast was very simple! Will stay again!

Staff was good, but rooms were in need of repair

Needs to be updated. paid more than other nights I have stayed at motels lately and was not even close to being as nice. Need of repairs.. Systems such as sewer did not drain well. Air Conditioning very old.
