At 10:00 at night there was a banging on my door and shouting, although I had put “do not disturb” on the door. The receptionist was there saying that the card had been incorrectly charged to a different room. She wanted me to go back to reception, although I was ready for bed. I pointed out the “do not disturb” notice, refused to go to reception, and said we could sort it out in the morning. In the morning, I went to reception. The receptionist said she had sorted out the problem, but did not apologize for disturbing me the previous evening.
