"We arrived about 10:15 in the evening. Room we booked was not available (2 queens) and got one king instead, ok fine, no biggie. Tv was inoperable….there was a sign to instruct how to watch the live TV but the antenna cable was disconnected and the plug connection on back of TV appeared to be broken ..."
