Bright three-room apartment with views of the village and the sea, located in the center of Rio Marina, a town that stands between sea and mountains, a mining jewel of the island, within walking distance of the main services and the beach. It is a town that offers everything, convenience, recreation but at the same time important hiking trails for lovers of nature and tranquility.  
Excellent local catch restaurants, seaside clubs and renowned ice cream parlors. Be enchanted by the historic charm of this town (the Church of San Rocco, Torre dell'Orologio or Torre degli Appiani, the Fort of Jupiter), visit the Island of Elba Mining Park and its peculiar open-pit mines. With a walking route you can reach the village of Cavo, a charming seaside resort; nearby you can also drive to Capo d'Arco and Ortano.

Bright apartment on the second floor of a building located in the heart of Rio Marina. You enter a livable living room with sea view, with dining area and sofa bed 1 place, separate kitchen. First bedroom, double and always with sea view, second twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower. The ceilings with exposed beams evoke an atmosphere of great suggestion thanks also to its warm coverings in earth tones, typical of the Tuscan style.  
It is not suitable for people with walking problems or elderly people with walking difficulties.
