This luxurious villa offers a spacious 4-room layout spanning 160 square meters, all situated on the ground floor for easy accessibility. The living area boasts a double sofa bed and TV, with direct access to the garden and terrace. One of the bedrooms features a panoramic window, a bed, and a pull-out bed, leading to the terrace. Another bedroom is equipped with two beds and a shower/bidet/WC, providing direct access to the garden and veranda. The villa also includes a large room with a double bed (170 cm, length 220 cm) and a shower/bidet/WC. Please note that one double bedroom is located outside the main apartment area but can be accessed via the loggia or a separate door at the back of the house.
