Apartment in a two-family house, the house is located above the village of Rio Elba, with an independent entrance the BLUE apartment is composed as follows: very large living room with kitchen and single sofa bed, TV with satellite programs. dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Foon (fan but not needed) Bathroom with shower. Bedroom with double bed and single bed, private parking space on the property. The apartment has a large private terrace with porch organized with table, chairs and deckchairs. the apartment has a view of the sea and the town below is Consiglia. There are two roads that lead to the house, the first is narrow and uphill and passes through the center of the town, and is two-way traffic, the second in via del Volterraio is smoother but longer and descends from the top of the town. A not very large car is recommended, or be good drivers if you have a large car. The tranquility and location of the villa allows for a relaxing holiday, without being far from the town, (only 500 meters, 5 minutes walk from the house) In a few minutes by car you can reach the various beaches of the island. The apartment is equipped with bathroom and bed linen.
