For shared use: terraced garden, natural garden, 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, private beach, tennis (extra), beach volleyball, garden furniture. In the complex: restaurant, bar, table tennis. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 3.3 km, ferry "Rio Marina" 13 km, sandy beach "Brigantino" 500 m (small). Nearby attractions: Porto Azzurro 5 km, Capoliveri 11 km, Rio nell'Elba 13 km, Portoferraio 18 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Guarded residence. Wohnung ok, Kommunikation mit Vermietet katastrophal

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Im Inserat steht, das es Internet über WLAN gibt, stimmt leider nicht, es gibt KEIN WLAN. Im Inserat steht ebenfalls, das man 5 Sprachen spricht was auch nicht stimmt, außer Italienisch geht nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war eine Katastrophe. Auf all meine Nachrichten kam nicht eine einzige Antwort. Ein völlig fremder Mann, der zufällig vor Ort war und dort selbst Wohnungen vermietet, hatte uns dann beim Check In geholfen. Die Vermieterin kam dann sichtlich genervt 2 Stunden zu spät an, hat uns Bettwäsche gegeben und ging wieder. Nie nie nie wieder!!!!!

Super god lejlighed på Elba

Denne lejlighed har en fantastisk beliggenhed og panorama udsigt, med meget god plads til 4 personer. Terasserne, specielt på østsiden er fanastisk, med morgensol og med mulighed for skygge. Lejligheden fremstår meget sober med nyere køkken og 2 fine badeværelser. Modtagelsen og den generelle betjening af personale var god med en venlig tone, og man var hjælpsom. Lejlighed var ren og sober ved ankomst. Eneste lille minus var den manglende aircondition, der dog ej heller var annonceret.

Wohnung sehr geräumig, mit Waschmaschine, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi sehr gut ausgestattet Pools, Meerblick und Lage auf der Insel (Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten) super. Ruhige Anlage, keine Störung durch Animation oder Gruppenfeten. Personal (Empfang, Pizzeria, kleiner Laden) sehr freundlich. WiFi am Pool, jedoch nicht in der Wohnung

Weder bei unserer Ankunft noch während unseres Aufenthalts hat die Vermieterin weder Kaution noch Geld für Wäsche verlangt und hat sich nicht einmal erkundigte, ob alles ok ist. Bei unserer Abfahrt hatte ich nun leider vergessen ihr die 40€ für Wäsche zu hinterlassen. Sie schrieb mir daraufhin 3 Nachrichten (Whatsapp).

Es ist eine fantastische Wohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Leider ist die Bestuhlung nicht sehr bequem und die Matratzen sind doch schon stark durchgelegen.
