Rio Othon Palace
Hotel ok, but the room in the 10th floor was very noise as the window glas is not noise cancelling. The rooftop bar is great.

There was a layer of grime on the floors, toilet didn’t flush properly, the door had cracks and mold. Someone tried to enter our room and staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We also stayed at the Emiliano down the street and it was just fabulous in every sense.
