Beautiful, spacious house 9 minute drive to beach with electric generator

This spacious house has everything you need from short to long stay. Only 9 minutes from Rincón beach and 5 from Aguada. Close to restaurants, sightseeing, see guidebook for details. Master bedroom with full bathroom & Queen bed, second room with 1 bunk bed and a double bed, fits 6 people comfortably. Pack & play available for baby/toddler. AC in bedrooms, private parking, terrace, hot water(solar powered), full furnished kitchen. Wi-Fi, Roku TV. Domino table.

To access the house and parking you will need to drive down a steep hill. We recommend to bring SUV vehicles or not very low vehicles. See pictures of the listing.
Additional guest fee of $10 applies after 3 guests.
We accept small breed dogs for an additional fee of $35 per dog.

A place to stay
The place was nice and cozy. It was very clean and comfortable. Although one of the bathrooms was not private and there was no hot water we managed. The parking space was very difficult to get in since it was steep to get across to park. If you need a place to stay this would be it.

Weekend away
The air conditioning in room 1 is terrible we sweated all night .No air in living area. No hand towels or face cloths. You need a 4 wheel drive car to get down the rough driveway a car will not make it!!! We had to park on the side of a busy road. Pillows were not comfortable. All and all our stay was not great. When you pay to stay away from home you expect at least the comfort of your home. Owners offered no compensation for uncomfortable stay.
