Home is steps from the beach, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in a gated community with a common pool. Walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants, bars and the town plaza. We provide bath and beach towels. The home has high speed internet which will allow you to work remotely. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome.

Lovely property that has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to make guests comfortable. Would recommend to others without hesitation. The only recommendation is a thorough cleaning of the washer and dryer and a way to make certain the washer stays open between uses to discourage mold. Beach is beautiful and easy to get to. Would absolutely return.

Juan was a great host. He supplied us with directions, house rules and checkout rules before we even left for Puerto Rico. He also gave us recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores that were very helpful. Once we got there we had an issue with the plumbing. We notified Juan and he had a plumber come help us in 40 minutes. He was very responsive at all times.The condo was a good choice for us. It had a good location with a great view of the beach. It was very clean with a well-equpped kitchen, although there is no dishwasher. There was a handbook available for the area that also had instructions and recommendations.We did have an issue with the plumbing. There was little water pressure at the kitchen sink, the master bathroom had no hot water at the sink, the showerheads were not adjustable, and shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold and back frequently. The plumber changed the water filter and cleared out the kitchen sink filter but the weak pressure came back within a day. He couldn't do anything about the showers.Overall, a wonderful stay. We hope to get Juan as a host again!

We had a great stay. The only negative is that there was only 1 bath towel per person and when I asked for more we were told they only provided 5 due to the max guest count of 5 people. There were no hand towels provided either…

Great time in Rincon!

This is a wonderful property in a great location, and included everything we need for our stay. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and perfect for our family. Black Eagle beach is right out the door, with great restaurants in walking distance. Rincon town center was a short drive, as well as all the other beaches in the area. Thank you Juan for sharing your lovely home!

Amazing family friendly condo

My husband and I have been to Rincon many times over the years, but this was our first time as a family — two kids (7 and 5). This was our first time staying at Juan’s condo. It was absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for a better set up with a minute’s walk to the beach and condo pool directly across the street. Walking distance to many great restaurants. The condo had all the amenities we could ask for and more, very clean and organized. We were especially happy with the owner’s written directions and details provided ahead of time and in the condo. Juan was also very responsive by messaging. We had an excellent time and can’t wait to come back!

Cute & comfortable rental in Rincon!

Our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 young children) had a wonderful stay here. Juan was very responsive and answered questions/made suggestions prior to our arrival. The property is cute, cozy & comfortable. The location is perfect - you can walk across the street to the beach or to the Shipwreck for really good food. It is in a gated community that has a pool which the kids loved. The patio area is so nice and has a view of the ocean. Our only friendly suggestion was to add some additional and newer bath towels. Thank you Juan for helping us have such a wonderful family vacation in Rincon!

On the beach/safe/clean/chill vibe

Excellent host and property. This was our first time staying in Puerto Rico. We enjoyed the unit itself and were surprised how close it was to the beach. There are no buildings or paved roads between the back patio and beach. There is a small bar between the unit and beach that frequently had live music playing but did not take away from the view since there is a tree line at the beach. This area provides a very relaxed environment to unwind. The home could use an extra blanket for those who need more than a thin quilt. Also the towels are small and thin. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Even better then the pictures

Stayed here for a family vacation and was better then the pictures. Great amount of space, and I was obsessed with the lower balcony/deck space. Could open the door to make it a true indoor/outdoor living area. Rooms were spacious and each room (minus one) had views to Marina Beach (not direct views, but just a few hundred feet- I still loved it). Love the little neighborhood- my kids are safe in the community and out. My teenager walked into town alone and went to Marina Beach all by herself. Shipwreck restaurant is a 1 min walk - great food and great energy. All the great beaches are just min away .....will be back!!

Great stay in Rincon!

Without a doubt this was one of our favorite VRBO stays ever. Juan's condo is wonderful, clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, 3 nice bedrooms and a gorgeous deck looking out on the beach. There is so much to do in Rincon that we could easily have stayed another week! Less than 100m to a beautiful but not too crowded swimming beach (bonus is a nice open air bar and access to paddle board lessons), dive shop, and 3 great restaurants. We also enjoyed morning snorkels at a separate beach / reef (Steps Beach) just 1 km away and great boarding / surfing at another beach by the lighthouse 2 km farther up the road. For another unique experience we visited Gozalandia Falls - about an hour drive inland where you hike into two beautiful waterfalls with swimming holes - even better than our day in El Yunque. We all agreed we hope to come back!

Great weekend getaway in Rincon.

Very nice villa in the center of Rincon. The property was as described and very conformable for 5 people. the back balcony has a view of the water and there are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The only thing that we miss were towels in the bedrooms. There were plenty of beach towels. Over all highly recommended. Thanks Juan!
