Bruges Center4 nights3.0 star property8.8/10 - Excellent (536 reviews)"The staff were excellent and really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was tired with a loose toilet seat and towel rail and the light was a tad temperamental. I think it would be beneficial for there to be an additional coffee machine or access to a kettle within the rooms, as the queue for coffee was substantial at breakfast time. Overall I would return to this property as we really enjoyed he location, the atmosphere and the friendly staff."Reviewed October 29, 2026Roundtrip • Toronto (YTO) - Brussels (BRU)YTZ - BRU • 1 stop BRU - YTZ • 1 stopCA $3,320CA $2,708found 1 day agoper traveller - Pestana Brussels Schuman

"Room was standard and did not expect anything more, bed and facilities were good and clean. Staff friendly and pleasant, don’t have to engage with anybody if you wished to check in and out all digitally which is a bonus if you like that. Only 1.5 hrs from Amsterdam so drove in, and only 15 minutes from Efteling which is where we spent most of our time. We had food in the hotel on our last night which was nice, reasonably priced and nice atmosphere in the lobby/restaurant. Also was given €5...
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the Binnenstad (Historic City Center) and very easy to walk around. The room was modern and yet cozy."
Bastion Hotel Tilburg
Bastion Hotel Tilburg"The staff were very helpful and pleasant.Hotel has a policy of not cleaning rooms on daily basis for stays of more than one day. This was fine by us,staying for 4 days but, might not suit everybody.Having said that you can request daily clean and new towels if desired. The carpet on our floor was in need of a daily hoover however.Food in restaurant not bad but basic pub grub.Hotel a good distance from town center so taxis or bus needed to get into center if no car."
"Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and spacious. The lawn was lovely to spend some time with a beer. Breakfast was excellent and came with champagne"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location even if you haven't got a car as the bus stop is just round the corner taking you into the centre and the station in around 15 minutes. Also good for cyclists as they have a locked store. Not many places to eat nearby however. Breakfast is fine. Beds are very comfortable and although rooms are quite small there's everything that you need for a short stay. Next door hotel is popular with commercial drivers so can be noisy early morning."
