The house and yard was overall clean. Check in was easy. James was accessible if needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood it was quiet and there were cameras that made us feel extra safe. ##### N P. He was very quick to respond to messages. The blow dryer was missing and he had one delivered very quickly. The house was conveniently located, was clean, and worked very well for our stay. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star was they use some very fragrant laundry soap and some of us it affected. We ended washing some things so help get the smell out. Thankfully there was a nice washer and dryer in the house. This is minor but the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable also. Overall, this was a nice stay for our group. ##### Chelsea W.
