Unit 3 has a very efficient floor plan; a great choice for a family 3 - 4. This unit is on the first floor. Unit # 3 is a great spot for a family who doesn't need much room to spread out, but wants the beauty and fun of the water. Trout Brook is is an ideal choice for the discerning traveler. The tasteful, upscale décor in Unit 3 includes granite counter tops and contemporary furnishings, and tile floors. Your host includes 4 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards which the units share. The fishing is great right off the private Trout Brook dock. Enjoy campfires around the fire pit at lakeside.
