The property enjoys a prime coastal setting only 600 metres from the beautiful Bay of Santa Maria and about 2 km from the renowned Grotticelle Bay, famous for its white sand and crystal-clear waters rich in marine life. The residence combines comfort with a wide range of leisure facilities. Guests can unwind by the swimming pool and hot tub, while children enjoy their own dedicated pool and playground with slides and swings. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the football pitch, volleyball court, table tennis and table football, while a relaxation area and barbecue space create ideal spots for social moments.
