The room was clean, quiet at night, staff was attentive and friendly. Easily convenient to everything. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe. I will definitely stay there again.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleveland by IHG
the hotel was under renovation so it really wasn't very pleasant...tub was stained, mirror in bath room was cloudy but the bed was made up and clean. Asked for more towels and was told they had one.
